3.3 Changes to Services

Any changes to agreed services must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for scope changes.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits and Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure our services. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your service agreement. Typical payment structures include:

• 25-50% deposit upon booking
• Interim payments as specified in your agreement
• Final payment 14 days before your event

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional fees. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel services.

4.3 Additional Costs

You are responsible for additional costs resulting from:

• Changes to original plans
• Overtime charges due to event extensions
• Additional services requested
• Vendor changes or upgrades

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Client Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on timing:

• More than 90 days: 50% of total contract value retained
• 60-90 days: 75% of total contract value retained
• 30-60 days: 90% of total contract value retained
• Less than 30 days: 100% of total contract value retained

5.2 Our Cancellation Rights

We may cancel services if:

• Payment terms are not met
• You breach these Terms
• Circumstances beyond our control prevent service delivery

6. Responsibilities

• Provide services with professional skill and care
• Coordinate with vendors and venues as agreed
• Maintain confidentiality of your event details
• Communicate regularly about event progress

6.2 Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Treat our staff and vendors with respect

7. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions or regulations
• Public health emergencies
• Labor strikes
• Venue closures or cancellations

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or modify services as possible.

We maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate for our services.

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:

• Vendor performance or service quality
• Venue-related issues or damages
• Weather-related complications
• Guest behavior or actions
• Consequential or indirect damages

We recommend you obtain appropriate event insurance to cover your specific risks and requirements.
